After a challenging workout, there's nothing better than relaxing and recharging in our Finnish sauna and relaxation area.
The Finnish sauna is a detoxifying sauna with a temperature ranging between 80-110°C and low humidity. Sweating helps eliminate toxins from the body.
Before entering the sauna, take a shower, then spend multiple sessions inside ranging from 5-20 minutes. A cold shower is beneficial after sauna sessions. Resting is essential after sauna use. It is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions.
